Healthy Crab Salad

Ingredients:

1 Stock of Celery

1 Bundle of Green Onion

1 Package of Organic Cream Cheese

1 Package of Chunk Style TransOcean Crab Classic Imitation Crab

2 Tablespoons of Garlic Powder

1 Tablespoon of Pepper

1 Bag of Garden of Earth Organic Sweet Potato Chips


Step 1| Dice the Celery and cut the Green Onion, throw both into a large mixing bowl.

Step 2| Cut the crab into small cubes; this should flake off nicely if you use the chunk style. Add this to the same mixing bowl.

Step 3| Mix the Garlic Powder and Pepper into the large mixing bowl with the Celery, Green Onion, and Crab.

Step 4| Add in the room temperature Cream Cheese, and Vualá your Healthy Crab Salad is ready to enjoy! I personally use Sweet Potato Chips to dip into the Healthy Crab Salad to add a little more sweetness!
